I have been touring a lot over the years and a lot of this has been made possible by means of using the help of tour guides. It is not possible for me to do it all alone, which is why I am very particular to take the help from tour guides profusely. These tour guides are those who have been there and done that, which is one of the primary reasons that they are the best folks to help me plan out my many trips and tours. This is how a lot of tour innovations and detours take place which can make a huge difference to how my trip pans out.

Tour guides can be common folks too, who may be just experts or residents in a particular area. They do not have to be tourist guides per se, but if they are, it is all the better. I make it a point to brainstorm with these people and ensure that my itinerary is laid out right down to which lane to take and which village to cross. All of this is very important from the point of view of setting down the contours of the tour and making the best out of it, without such planning how could I ever drill down to get the best?
